1. Definitions and Applicability

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place valid bets totalling ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

General Bonus Rules

• When betting with bonus funds, only bets placed on specified games may count toward the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Each bonus has an expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

VIP Cashback Program

er99 provides weekly cashback across four VIP tiers: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Your VIP tier is determined automatically based on your gaming activity.

6. Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy
